Why We’re Planting Trees
At Livingwell Recruitment, we’re dedicated to making a difference for our clients, candidates, the environment, and the wellbeing of veterans. Every referral and every placement made through our recruitment services leads to a UK tree being planted.

Supporting Veterans Through Nature-Based Therapy
Our tree-planting initiative extends beyond environmental restoration - it's also about supporting those who’ve served in the military who face mental health and employment challenges.
Many veterans face significant mental health challenges, including PTSD, stress, and anxiety, particularly during their transition out of service. To address these challenges, all of our UK trees are planted by veterans through B Corp certified company, Carma and The Green Task Force.
This program uses Nature-Based Therapy (NBT) to positively impact veterans' mental health, giving them purpose and helping them heal through environmental conservation. Each tree planted represents new hope, growth and recovery for those who have sacrificed so much.
